About MultipleLink

Multiplelink.com is designed and owned by a veteran real estate broker who was frustrated on how expensive and time consuming virtual tours were for his listings. His goals are:

  1. To empower the agent to be able to use the virtual tours on the MLS without spending a ton of money making tours more available to every property and not just the high end properties.
  2. Give every agent a tool to sell their properties quicker and to save time, allowing agents to be more productive.
  3. Be able to “show” the property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to clientele all over the world.
  4. Allow the agent to update photos and videos as seasons and condition of the property change at no extra cost.
  5. Give the seller’s of properties more exposure to buyer’s touring their property without as much intrusion of constant live showings to people who the property will not fit their needs.
  6. Give buyer’s a chance to “walk through” and preview properties on-line ahead of time so when they schedule a live tour they know in advance that the property seems to meet the criteria they are looking for.
